i've been back on the all #rawfood lifestyle for a few months now and i just love it. i think this might be it for life. i really do enjoy #rawtill4 & it's more sustainable for most ppl but in my heart it's always been the back up plan to all #rawvegan . . without coming off sounding like some phoney spiritual guru – raw just elevates me to the next level. ✨ i often feel joy for no reason, i have a light effortless feeling when exercising, negatives are more easily turned into positives, increased excitement about growing my own food, less food prep, less plastic, no danger of burns. i also enjoy the depth of raw food flavours as opposed to tasting the engineered flavours that have been added back once flavour has been cooked out. there are many reasons. i may eat some things like eg. nuts, spices, juices, nori (that have been heated) but won't be cooking myself. . i fell in love with the #hclfrawvegan #sunfood diet years ago & the love never died. so here i am! 🤗 if u are also #fullyraw i would love to check out yr page, leave it down below 👇🏼#freeleethebananagirl #frugivore

Tako je nedavno na Titk Toku doživjela milionske preglede kada je doručkovala pola lubenice i sladoled od dinje. Ona jede samo do 16 sati u toku dana, a ostatak dana sve do ujutro ne jede gotovo ništa. Sa ovom hranom ona dnevno unosi 2.700 kalorija. Za večeru jede štapiće od povrća.
